We do require a non refundable deposits for reservations of our party rental equipment. If you need to cancel and are changing the date we will forward your deposit to the new party date as long as customer does so before 48 hours of party date.  For all other reasons that party is cancelled and not rescheduled you would lose your deposit for your order.
